Return & Refund Policy
Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items):
Due to the intimate nature of our botanical body care products and loofahs, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, unsealed, or used. Custom or personalized items are also final sale, as they are crafted specifically for you. This ensures the highest health standards for all our clients.
Change of Mind (Unopened Items):
If you change your mind, we accept returns of fully sealed, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders:
We inspect every item, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect to support@joyrelaxstore.com. We will swiftly arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. There is no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
